Structure
Day 1: Begin your journey with a personalized healing bodycare session from Shannon or Nathan, followed by a shared dinner and a Sacred Fire gathering to foster connection and intention-setting.
Day 2: Dedicate the entire day to a full ceremonial experience, offering space for exploration, growth, and transformation.
Day 3: Conclude with an integration circle, a nourishing brunch, a revitalizing sauna, and take-home tools to support your continued integration and personal practice.
This retreat provides an opportunity to engage deeply in a safe and nurturing environment, with personalized attention to ensure a meaningful and enriching experience for every participant.
